April 18-20 and 25-27 ~ Ranger Smith's Camp Clean-Up Weekends

• Come and check out your camper for the season, rake your site and camp for just $10 per night. Please bring a rake and shovel. A wagon ride, Scavenger Hunt, and movie for the kids, too.

April 25 - May 16 ~ Gas Saver Special

• Pay One Low Price...Camp for almost a MONTH for just a little more than the price for 3 WeekEnds! WOW!!! $200 W/E. $250 for a full hookup site. Convenience and fun.

May 2-11 (Remember, Off-season rates) ~ Tulip Time Festival in Holland

• No pool or Activities (except as noted): Off-season rates, Ranger Station facilities only available.
• Come and celebrate Tulip Time - visit the beautiful tulips of Holland, Michigan. Enjoy the concerts, parades, and tour the city by trolley or the harbor by boat. Camp 2 nights and get a 3rd night free.

May 9-11 ~ Easter at Jellystone / Mother's Day
(limited activities)

• Celebrate Mother's Day and Easter at Jellystone Park. Let's make Mom a special gift, ride with her on the Hayride; Guess in the Jellybean contest, Decorate eggs, and have an Easter egg hunt. Camp 2 nights and get a 3rd night free.

May 16-18 ~ Back To The Future

• (Pool and Activities on the weekend only)
• Half price mini-golf for anyone dressed in futuristic style clothes.
• Back to the Future movie marathon, plus more.
• Skating/skateboarding, Jump Ropw and Hula-hoop contest to celebrate the 1950s

May 23-26 ~ Memorial Day Weekend/Survivor's-Sports Challenge/Garage & Craft Sale at Sites
(Heated Pool and Activities NOW all week long)

• Lots of Challenges throughout the weekend including Tug of War, Obstacle course, Bug Eating contest, as many as we can cram into the schedule.
• A chance to sell your craft projects.
• A schedule Jammed with crafts, games, hayrides, and lots more.
• Bring your bicycles to decorate for the Annual Memorial Day bicycle parade.
• Candy Bar Bingo and our first Dance of the season.

May 30-June 1 ~ Yogi's Birthday/MAGIC Tour Weekend

• Celebrate Yogi's birthday with Magic
• Astonishing Big-screen Magic on Friday night. Balloon Magic, Magic during Yogi's Birthday Picnic lunch ($), Magic Workshop, and stage performance on Saturday with Magic Man Earl Kranz.
• Let's play some candy bar bingo with Yogi Bear and a Kid's Chalk art contest, crafts, games, and Ceramics
• Ice Cream Social ($)

June 6-8 ~ Mardi Gras Weekend
(Masks, Masks, who is behind the Masks… Don't forget your Purple, Green & Gold outfits)

• Make masks / Bead your hair
• A lighted Mardi Gras Parade with the King and Queen throwing beads.
• Let's walk the streets with our best New Orleans style costume. The Best Mardi Gras costume wins a prize.
• Light up Hayride
• Costume dance - It wouldn't be Mardi Gras without a dance.

June 13-15 ~ Father’s Day Weekend / Water Wars

• Make your father a great gift.
• Come for the most popular waterwars!
• Our ever popular Face painting…Dad's face.
• Dad's beer (root) drinking contest
• Three legged race, egg tossing, and more!
• Come and join in the fun - Dads have as much or more fun than the kids.

June 20-22 ~ Let's Go To The Movies

• Half price mini-golf for anyone dressed as a movie character.
• Show us your musical spirit and sing Karaoke.
• Wear your favorite princess costume and have a tea party with Cindy Bear
• Super Hero relay races.
• Dress as a character from your favorite movie and you could win a prize at the dance.

June 27 - June 29 ~ Our Park's 16th Anniversary/ Campground Fair Days

June 28 & 29 PAul Bunyan Lumberjack Show featuring World Class Lumberjacks

• Have lunch ($) with Yogi Bear and wish him a happy Anniversary (Cake provided)
• Like 2007, this will be great fun!!! Lots of Fair booths (lots of prizes)...($)

• Decorate the pavilion and the Christmas tree

July 18-20 ~ Boo Boo's Wild Wild West

• Judge Yogi Bear and Sheriff Boo Boo will help the kids "get even".
• Best Wild West outfit contest
• The annual noise parade
• Western movies, Horse races, and more...
• Western Barn Dance - wear your best western wear for a knee-slapping good time.

July 25-27 ~ Chocolate Lover's Celebration Coast Guard Festival Begins

• This is a Chocoholic's dream
• Eat it, slurp it, toss it, and WEAR IT.
• Candy Bar Bingo
• Decorate the pavillion to look like the candy factory.
• If you love chocolate, you will LOVE this weekend.

July 31 - August 3 ~ Yogi Bear's Pirates of Grand Haven Weekend and Coast Guard Festival (3 night stay minimum)

• Decorate your Bikes for the Annual Bike Parade
• Pirate Ship Races (make them, then race them) Walking the Plank, make a pirate's Looking Glass, make Eye Patches, and more
• Best Pirate Outfit Wins a Special Prize!
• If you aren't too busy in town touring the Coast Guard boats, enjoying the fair, or looking at all the crafts, then stay and have fun with Yogi and friends.

August 8-10 ~ Yogi Bear's Halloween in August

• A Scary Flashlight hike (parental discretion), and a mivie for the young ones.
• Come Trick or Treating on Saturday (candy for 400-600 recommended)
• Costume contest (3 age levels)
• Campsite decorations contest (win $)
• Play various Halloween games like bobbing for apples, pumpkin hunt and Ghost in the Graveyard
• Dance with the Ghouls and Monsters and the MadHatters (returning by popular demand)

August 15-17 ~ Yogi Bear Goes Hawaiian Weekend

• Learn to hula dance and compete in the Limbo contest
• Hawaiian Shirt, Grass skirts, Muumuu contest and if we get enough participants, we will do a decorate your site contest - who feels Hawaiian?
• Don't forget our 5th annual Luau dinner- delicious!!!.$$
• Decorate the pavilion Hawaiian style
• Drum show by "andthebeatgoeson" (participate and have a great time!)

August 22-24 ~ Back To Nature Weekend

• Our favorite Snake Man, Jim McGrath, will be here to show you his snakes. Maybe he will feed a snake for you…
• Community Campfire with marshmallows and singing
• Make binoculars and go searching for birds (and tree frogs) on a nature hike
• Litterbug Scavenger Hunt
• Ever popular Karaoke - talented kids! Talented adults!

August 29 – September 1 ~ Labor Day's Back to Sports Weekend (3 night stay minimum)

• Come on Thursday and SAVE $10 on this 4th night. SAVE an additional $15 if you come in on Wednesday night and stay until Monday.
• Wrap up the summer with excitement and FUN! Yogi Bear and his friends are excited to make this the best weekend yet.
• Punt, pass & Kick Competition, Swim Races, Basketball, Horseshoes, Cheerleading competition.

September 5-7 ~ Halloween in September -
REDUCED RATES!
Our 5th Annual Halloween in September will be as fun as our August weekend!

This is our special appreciation weekend for those who provide such valued services to all of our citizens.
Another weekend packed with activities and the pool will still be open this weekend!

Pool closes, main bathhouse access only - but we still have our Basketball court, Volleyball court, Horseshoe courts, and sand-based playground with lots of playground equipment. No activities, pool, or Fun Zone after September 14.
